Hi, I’m Justin Mendoza, a UX designer with a strong customer service background. My previous job in food service and logistics has taught me how to understand problems from the customer’s perspective while keeping the focus on the business interest.
As a person who worked to give service in a digestible way, my transition into UX felt natural. I want to still solve problems from the customer’s perspective while also having an impact on the product development of a business.
